Continual changes in requirements and regulations impact all of us in university settings. Sometimes these changes cause pressures that directly influence our working atmosphere and our interpersonal relationships in an academic setting. Although we cannot always change external pressures, we can work to create a positive atmosphere that is rewarding while recognizing the limitations of our environments.
